  • The project is scheduled to start in January 2025 and will run for approximately 11+ months until at least the end of December 2025 (with the option to extend).
  • Contract type: fixed-term employment or freelance project.
  • The position requires a commitment of 56 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Site Supervisor to oversee the instrumentation aspects of a large-scale air separation plant construction project in Płock. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.

  • Oversee and manage the instrumentation installation and commissioning activities at the site.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of the instrumentation works.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to the installation teams.
  • Manage documentation related to instrumentation works, including compliance reports, testing protocols, and handover documents.
  • Address and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project progress.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within chemical plant construction or a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of instrumentation technology and industry-specific standards.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Polish is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
