KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

TEICON ENGINEERING is an internationally active engineering services provider. We support companies across all phases of large-scale industrial plant projects by placing highly qualified engineers and specialists in the field of process plant engineering.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Texas operations. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in business development, sales, and team leadership. Ideally, you also bring initial experience in recruiting technical personnel for industrial engineering or plant construction projects. The successful candidate will drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and manage daily operations to ensure consistent performance and regional development.

  • Lead and manage all branch activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the client base and market presence
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and support the deal process
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with HQ to align regional strategies with global business objectives
  • Monitor KPIs and branch performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Stay on top of market developments and competitor activity in the industrial engineering sector
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and internal policies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or branch operations, preferably in a technical or engineering-related environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Strategic mindset and a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics systems
  • Experience in the Texas market is highly desirable
  • Prior experience with technical recruiting in industrial or process engineering is a strong plus
