YOUR PROJECT ASSIGNMENT

TEICON ENGINEERING invites you to join an ambitious project in Tarragona, where we're constructing a state-of-the-art facility for the production of industrial gases. This role is your chance to lead efforts on a massive project involving superstructures for methane and ethylene production, set to be transported to the United States.

  • Completion of Work: 7 April 2026
  • Contract Type: Fixed-term employment or freelance contract
  • Duration: Project based
  • Workload: Full time on site
  • Accommodation (if required): Reimbursed on the basis of submitted receipts. Maximum amount to be defined with Subcontracts Management.
  • Local Transport (if required): Reimbursed on the basis of submitted receipts. Maximum amount to be defined with Subcontracts Management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You coordinate and execute all administrative services required at the construction site, ensuring compliance with project schedule, cost targets and local regulations.
  • You support personnel mobilisation, recruitment of local resources and coordination of vendor representatives according to project planning.
  • You organise travel arrangements, visa processes, vehicle rentals, accommodation, catering and onsite transport for project personnel.
  • You ensure proper timekeeping for staff and external personnel, including verification of attendance, working hours and support during emergency drills.
  • You prepare the Site Book with essential information for incoming personnel and coordinate the maintenance of site offices and temporary site facilities including utilities and IT communication.
  • You manage local procurement for temporary materials and consumables, and administer petty cash and accounts where delegated.
  • You prepare and maintain documentation for tax compliance, insurance cases, damage reports, deficiencies and back charge procedures.
  • You support the reuse, recycling or sale of surplus materials and maintain accurate records of all associated transactions.
  • You document, archive and maintain all approvals, item lists, bids, receipts, invoices and other project relevant records.
  • You take over additional project specific tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, Site Manager or Site Procurement Manager.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have professional experience in administrative coordination on industrial construction sites.
  • You are familiar with mobilisation processes, local logistics, accommodation coordination, personnel support and site organisation.
  • You work in a structured, reliable and service oriented manner and communicate effectively with international project teams.
  • You are willing to work full time on site and adapt to project specific requirements.
