- You have a completed technical education or degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a comparable discipline, or you are a qualified instrumentation technician with strong site supervision experience in industrial projects.
- You have several years of hands-on experience as an Instrumentation Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Lead Technician in industrial plant construction or heavy industrial projects.
- You are familiar with field instrumentation installations, including transmitters, analyzers, control valves, tubing, impulse lines, and hook-up works.
- You have solid experience working with subcontractors and multicultural site teams.
- You are confident in reading and interpreting P&IDs, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and technical specifications.
- You demonstrate a strong safety mindset and are experienced in working under strict HSE regulations.
- You communicate clearly and professionally in English; additional language skills are an advantage but not required.
- You are willing and able to work on site in the United States for the full project duration, including extended working hours if required.
