- You have a completed technical education or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Welding Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field, or you are a qualified technical tradesperson with strong QA/QC and site supervision experience in industrial projects.
- You have several years of hands-on experience in QA/QC, quality supervision, or site quality management within industrial process plant construction projects, ideally in Hydrogen Plants, Air Separation Units, Fired Heater projects, or comparable heavy industrial environments.
- You have strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes in industrial construction environments and are experienced in inspections, testing, quality documentation, and contractor surveillance activities.
- You are familiar with international construction and quality standards, including ASME BPVC Section V and IX, ASME B31.3, ISO 3834, and related industrial quality regulations.
- Ideally, you hold qualifications such as International Welding Engineer (IWE), welding technician certification, NDT RT Level II interpretation, or comparable technical certifications relevant to industrial QA/QC activities.
- You have practical experience with completion management, punch management, piping pressure test packages, audits, inspections, and final construction documentation.
- You are confident in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, procedures, inspection reports, and construction quality documentation.
- You have solid experience working with Contractors, inspection authorities, Clients, and multicultural construction teams in a fast-paced site environment.
- You are experienced in working with quality management databases and digital construction systems and have strong knowledge of MS Excel as well as advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
- You demonstrate a proactive mindset, a strong sense of accountability, and a clear commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork on site.
- You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both spoken and written, and you are confident in participating in and leading meetings with Contractors and project stakeholders.
- You are willing and able to work on site in the United States for the full project duration, including extended working hours if required.
