- You have a completed technical education or qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Surface Protection Technology, Corrosion Protection, Insulation Technology, Construction Engineering, or a comparable technical field, or you are a qualified tradesperson with strong site supervision experience in industrial construction projects.
- You have several years of hands-on experience as a Painting Supervisor, Coating Supervisor, Insulation Supervisor, Painting and Insulation Supervisor, or Site Supervisor within industrial plant construction, oil and gas, petrochemical, LNG, refinery, chemical, or energy projects.
- You are experienced in supervising industrial painting, coating, blasting, fireproofing, insulation, cladding, and corrosion protection activities on large-scale construction sites.
- You are familiar with international painting and insulation standards, quality requirements, inspection procedures, and industrial coating systems used in heavy industrial environments.
- You have practical knowledge of surface preparation methods, coating applications, insulation systems, passive fire protection systems, and preservation requirements for industrial equipment and piping systems.
- You are experienced in coordinating subcontractors and multicultural site teams in fast-paced construction environments.
- You are confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings, isometrics, specifications, insulation drawings, coating specifications, and method statements.
- You demonstrate a strong safety mindset and are experienced in working under strict HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems.
- You have experience with inspections, quality documentation, punch management, and completion activities related to painting and insulation scopes.
- You communicate clearly and professionally in English and are confident in coordinating daily activities with Contractors, Clients, QA/QC personnel, and multidisciplinary construction teams.
- You are organised, proactive, and solution-oriented and you are able to manage priorities effectively within a demanding site environment.
- You are willing and able to work on site in the United States for the full project duration, including extended working hours if required.
