YOUR PROJECT ASSIGNMENT

TEICON ENGINEERING invites you to join an ambitious project in Tarragona, where we are constructing a state-of-the-art facility for the production of industrial gases. The project involves fabrication, preservation, and preparation of large process modules for methane and ethylene production prior to shipment to the United States.

  • Project Location: Tarragona, Spain
  • Start Date: 01 September 2026
  • Completion Date: 30 April 2027 (option to extend)
  • Contract Type: Fixed-term employment or freelance contract
  • Workload: 56 hours per week

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You supervise all insulation activities on site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications and international quality standards.
  • You coordinate insulation contractors, inspectors and client representatives to ensure smooth execution of all insulation works.
  • You monitor installation activities for cryogenic and industrial insulation systems, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, specifications and inspection requirements.
  • You verify material selection, installation methods and workmanship to ensure long-term performance of insulation systems.
  • You participate in inspections, quality checks and acceptance activities while maintaining complete and accurate project documentation.
  • You identify technical issues, initiate corrective actions and coordinate solutions with construction management, quality and engineering teams.
  • You ensure full compliance with project HSE requirements and actively promote a strong safety culture throughout all insulation activities.
  • You prepare regular progress reports and communicate quality issues, risks and project status to site management.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You hold a valid FROSIO certification.
  • You have 5–10 years of experience supervising cryogenic insulation on large industrial, LNG, petrochemical or gas processing projects.
  • You have a thorough understanding of cryogenic insulation systems, installation methods, quality requirements and inspection procedures.
  • You are experienced in coordinating contractors within multidisciplinary international construction teams.
  • You communicate confidently in English and enjoy working in an international project environment.
  • A structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style completes your profile.
